Can it say I'm available 24 hours?

Yes. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with you, so they can send a photo before you set off.
Do I pay before I see it?

Do I own my domain?
While you're a client, the domain is registered and managed by me as part of the service. If you ever cancel, I'll transfer ownership of the domain to you.
Will I be top of Google?
No one can honestly promise that. Your site is set up so Google can find and understand your business, with schema, a sitemap and Search Console. Your Google reviews and Google Business Profile matter most.
